My name is: Neatra Azinga Turner. I have been an Artist and Cartoon Animator
for most of my life. I'm the author and illustrator of several children books.
Also, my educational cartoons has been featured on TV for over 10 years. I've

So, why don't we eat more vegetables, grains, nuts and fruits and drink plenty
of water. Also, exercising and getting the proper amount of rest is very important.

performance. Combining good nutrition with physical activity can lead to a healthier

Give your body
the nutrients it needs by eating a variety of nutrient-packed food, including
whole grains, lean protein, fruits and vegetables, and almond milk or soy milk.
Eat less food high in solid fats, added sugars, and sodium (salt).

Mix it up with plant protein
Variety is great! Choose beans and peas (kidney, pinto, black, or
white beans; split peas; chickpeas; hummus), soy products (tofu, tempeh, veggie

Most adults need 7 to 8 hours
of good quality sleep on a regular schedule each night. Make changes to your routine
if you can't find enough time to sleep. Getting enough sleep isn't only about
total hours of sleep. It's also important to get good quality sleep on a regular
schedule so you feel rested when you wake up.
